Refunds policy
All payments for tutoring sessions are non-refundable. Once a session is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including missed sessions or cancellations. If you need to reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Rescheduling Policy
We offer a one-time rescheduling option for booked sessions. This rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking, and any subsequent changes are not permitted. Please note that the rescheduled session must be held within 24 hours of the original booking date.
